Rarely has the world seen so rich a cuisine from so little that was available from the land. Rajasthani cooking was influenced by the war-like lifestyle of its inhabitants and the availability of ingredients in this region.

Though the Rajasthani kitchen has to cater to different communities with
their own traditional flavors. The Rajput warrior, for example, is not
averse to shikar, killing game to put in his pot at night. The Vaishnavs,
followers of Krishna, are strict vegetarians. So are Bishnois, a community
known for its passion for conserving animal and plant life.

» Restaurant : Haveli's Darikhana is being used as dining hall .Traditionally decorated dining hall is part of Haveli. One can enjoy local vegetarian meals in a traditional atmosphere. Picnic lunch near Fort can also be arranged.
Accommodation
In this Haveli, there are many tibaries and courtyards which are painted in Bundi School Paintings, consisting of Raganies , court scene, hunting scene etc. This Haveli have been converted into a Heritage Hotel since last 10 years. There are 17 Rooms attached with toilet having hot and cold running water, Cable TV . Few rooms have very nice Palace view, especially at night when the palace is illuminated. All the rooms have been renovated in such a way that the atmosphere of the old architecture is not disturbed. The rooms have been traditionally decorated and few rooms have some of the finest Bundi School Painting (murals) one can see in this region. Every room and toilet have windows with colour glass.
