About the Rohetgarh
Rohet - the fortified desert home of the descendants of the 16th
century Rathore of the Champawat clan, Thakur Dalpat Singh I. The "Jagir"
(Fiefdom) of Rohet was bestowed upon him in 1622 A.D. by the Maharaja Of
Jodhpur, as a mark of appreciation for his bravery in battle.

Generations
of valiant noble-men have built this heritage home where, notwithstanding
the inroads of modernity, aristocratic values are respected.
About the Hotel

Rohetgarh is a home, where, inspite of the inroads of modernity,
aristocratic norms are still revered and where one can, even today,
experience the famed warm and courteous Rajput hospitality. Frescoes on the
tall gateway, brightly painted in the traditional style hearld the entry
into the portico decorated with the artefacts and trophies of many years. An
interesting village safari is one of the highlights to visit Rohet Garh.
