Recreation
As you visit Ranthambore, there are a host of other activities that
could be of interest. In the winter months, some of the local operators
offer interesting treks through some pretty wild terrain to neighbouring
temples and other destinations.

You
can also request the resort receptionist to contact the local camel ride
man, who will promptly arrive in complete local attire with the works. A
trip to the Ranthambore school of Art is also highly recommended. Just
sitting there and watching them create masterful works of art is a pleasure
in itself. Sawai Madhopur does offer entertainment like movie halls
(Prakash, Prem Mandir and Suraj Talkies) but if you really are in the mood
for a hindi movie to pass the evening, don't go there expecting theatres of
metropolitan standards. Many visitors go for a short after-dinner drive. The
chances of seeing leopards during his time are said to be quite high. If you
do intend to try one of these night drives, please do ensure you drive
slowly as animals do tend to come out on to the roads in certain areas.
Traditional folk dances, cultural programs, bonfire, nature walks, and a
well-stocked library are some of the popular facilities and services offered
by the Tiger Moon Resort. Escorted safari in the national park and tourist
attractions around should not be missed.
